In order to participate in the Green Card lottery, you must fill in all required fields and pay the processing and registration fees on the official website of the lottery. The main condition is that you provide true personal data according to the corresponding official documents. Please note that photos and information about all family members are required, including newborns, children from previous marriages, adopted children.

Requirements for a digital photo to participate in the lottery

1. Digital photography must have been taken within the last six months and meet the requirements illustrated in the figure below. 2. The head should be in the center of the picture. The head size should be between 50 - 69% of the entire image. 3. The background must be uniform white or nearly white and free of foreign matter. 4. Sit so that your face is fully lit and no shadows from foreign objects fall on your face or background. 5. The facial expression in the photograph should be natural. 6. Photo resolution 600 px. by 600 px. (square shape)7. The size of the photo should not exceed 240 KB. 8. Photos are accepted only in JPEG (.jpg) format. 9. Do not take pictures with glasses and hats 10. We recommend contacting a good photo studio. 11. Ask the photographer also the original unedited photo in case the edited version for some reason does not work. 12. I, a participant of the Green Card lottery (hereinafter referred to as the Participant), by this document give voluntary consent to the use, processing, placement in databases, accumulation, updating, as well as changes in relation to my personal data by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer-consultant), exclusively for exercising the powers required to participate in the Green Card Lottery and obtaining a visa to travel to the United States. For the services provided by the Organizer-Consultant, I undertake to pay according to the specified tariff. In accordance with Art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010. No. 2297-VI, the consent of the subject of personal data is any documented, in particular, written, voluntary expression of the will of an individual to grant permission to process his personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of their processing.
